NOMOS Contracts is an AI-assisted, self-directed contract-preparation product operated by an individual proprietor. NOMOS is not a law firm or attorney and does not provide legal advice, representation, advocacy, or negotiation. Using the service, purchasing a document, or contacting support does not create an attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege. You remain responsible for your choices and may consult a qualified lawyer about your circumstances.

NOMOS uses authenticated private workspaces, access controls, private file storage, and operational safeguards designed to protect contract projects and delivered files. Public-site analytics is excluded from the private builder, account, checkout, and contract-project areas. Authorized NOMOS personnel may access project information when needed to operate, secure, support, or review the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and how to request project deletion.
